Submission Guidelines
Your paper should be in standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format. Use the following templates to ensure that your paper is in the proper format.

Important Dates
Workshop/Tutorial proposals: 20 February 2007
Workshop/Tutorial decision: 6 March 2007
Abstract submission: 6 March 2007
Submissions from authors who did not have time to submit an abstract will still be accepted up to the final deadline (extended to March 27th, 11:59pm in Samoa), but we ask that you submit a title abstract and keywords as soon as possible to help us make preliminary reviewing assignments.
Paper submission: 27 March 2007, 11:59pm in Samoa
Notification of decision: 22 May 2007
Camera-ready copy: 19 June 2007
